Credential Program Application

Graduate Physiotherapists, who are interested in working with active Canadians and athletes of all levels, are welcome to express their intent to pursue formal SPC credentials. Students are not able to apply to the Credential Program until after they graduate but they are welcome to take other SPC professional development courses that will aid their credential progress once they have graduated and applied to the program.

All program Applicants must meet a minimum standard of pre-requisite experience before being accepted and able to proceed with their certification training. The Credential Program Application form must be accompanied by:

the application fee
proof of current CPA and SPC membership
proof of current First Responder of Sport First Responder certification.

Following correct submission of the Application and supporting documentation, successful Applicants receive detailed information on the entire Credential Program and are linked with experienced SPC Mentors to assist them in their efforts to obtain their Certificate and Diploma Credentials.
