Integrating health with fitness, High Octane Training is a new facility opening in April 2017. Our start-up enterprise has been in the making for over 4 years as we built our network of Coaches, Therapists and Doctors.

We are looking for entrepreneurial-minded professionals who are risk takers. Someone who wants to have an impact and make a difference in the health industry; someone, who enjoys working in a team setting, shares information to benefit clients and thrives on continuous learning.

Your team will consist of Personal Trainers, Therapists and Doctors with a common goal of making every client Better Every Day. You possess the skills to communicate your understanding of the human body to our clients in a language that is motivating and that they understand. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be an active contributor to attaining our clients’ goals for Mobility, Performance, Therapy and Better Health – showing everyone the true potential of their body. Due to our team approach, compensation is on a percentage split amongst each client’s team of professionals, allowing you the freedom to help a client when they need it vs. needing the client to book in.

We need people who:

– Take accountability for their actions.
– Possess a high level of integrity.
– Pursue personal growth.
– Get excited about building something from the ground up.

Being a master at your profession is your main responsibility; however, you should also be able to integrate well with other professionals in order to create a multidisciplinary health and fitness environment.

Tell us why you are interested and what you can bring to our team. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
